A few weeks ago, I gave a talk about exercise and nutrition for mental health, and I had it filmed. I was going to make it available for sale. Unfortunately, my videographer made a mistake, and the video was cut short by about 15-20 minutes, so instead of filming the full seminar, my videographer only got 48 minutes of it.

And I can’t sell a less-than-perfect product, so I’m making it available for free.
