If you’ve ever wished you could “upload” only the best information directly into your brain and skip the rest…

Then this will be the best resource you add to your arsenal this year!

Now You Can Keep Your Industry Knowledge At The Leading Edge, Save Hours And Hours Of Valuable Time And Target ONLY The Books You Know Will Help You—And Your Clients—

The Most

Imagine having the most influential books on health, nutrition, training and fitness all summed up for you in one place…

It’s like accessing our industry’s own private «Cliff’s Notes»!

I’m going to guess you’ve experienced this before…

An influential name or researcher has a great concept you just heard about, something you believe has the potential to «move the needle» in your career, grow your business and improve the results you get with clients…

You log onto Amazon and order the book…

You wait…

When it arrives, you tear open the package and dive in…

By the time you’re finished the book, you feel like you got some useful info, but you had to wade through a LOT of fluff to get it…

The whole thing could have been boiled down to about 10 or 20 pages, not stretched out to 250…

Or even worse, you discover the content of a particular book doesn’t impact you at all, AFTER you’ve invested time and money reading it.

Those are hours you’ll never get back.

How «The Vault» came to be…

Hi, my name is Igor Klibanov…and I read…

A lot.

Honestly, it’s like my superpower.

When I started my fitness career, like most professionals, I wanted to become better and better at what I did.

Since I loved reading, I naturally used reading as my primary tool to get the job done.

But there’s a problem…

If there’s a downside to reading a lot, it’s this; over time, it can be tough to recall exactly where you read this great piece of information or that awesome article.

You just lose track.

To address this, I started doing things differently very early in the process.

I took extensive notes and created my own «synopsis system» of everything I read.

To date, I’ve compiled summaries for over 290+ books, journals, textbooks,

That’s right.

And I’ve «digested» dozens and dozens of works for you.

But let me very clear.

These are not critiques or reviews!

Let’s face it, the «value» of anything you read depends entirely upon your interest level in the topic.

I don’t offer commentary.

I summarize.

What I’ve done is boil it all down to the essentials…the stuff you REALLY want to remember, learn from and apply to your craft.

All the gems…none of the «fluff».

How valuable would it be to have summaries from authors such as:

    ✔ Charles Poliquin

    ✔Lyle McDonald

    ✔Brad Schoenfeld

    ✔Gray Cook

    ✔Paul Chek

    ✔Mike Boyle

    ✔Joel Jamieson

    ✔Mark Rippetoe

    ✔Matt Stone

    ✔Stuart McGill

    ✔Mel Siff

    ✔Mauro DiPasquale

    ✔Jonny Bowden

    ✔Fred Hatfield

    ✔Dan John

    ✔Michael Colgan

    ✔Tim Ferriss

    ✔John Berardi

The list goes on and on…

Authors who confirm your beliefs and those who turn them upside down!

Authors you know…and some you don’t, but should.

The popular and the obscure.

The rebels and the revered.

They’re all here.

What are the topics?

I never limit my studies to one topic like «program design» or «weight loss».

I read EVERYTHING across the spectrum. If I thought it could make me a better fitness professional, I got my hands on it.

As a result, here’s a partial list of the subject areas covered in The Vault:

  • Disease conditions
  • Sports performance
  • Weight loss/gain
  • Muscle Mass gain
  • Transformation
  • Hormones
  • Nutrition and supplementation (LOTS of nutrition!)
  • Pain management
  • And a lot more…

How it works…

«The Vault» may catch your eye because you want to improve as a health & fitness professional, or you may want to be certain your staff stays current and on the same page, so you can grow your business.

No matter what the reason, today is your chance to get your hands on what’s been called «the greatest value in education» for just $67.

NOTE:  This is NOT an annual fee.  This is a one-time charge for lifetime access.

Even though The Vault will be expanding each year.

Obviously, I’ll never stop reading.

Right now, I’m not committing to any specific schedule, but I will be adding to this list regularly, moving forward.

You may be asking yourself, «Are these summaries worth $67?»

I invite you to try something…

Pick just 7-8 of the 292 titles listed below and go on to Amazon.

Type in the titles and then write down the price of each one.

Then do the math.

That alone should convince you of the scope and value of this resource.

Still need convincing?

Here’s what a typical sample looks like:

Nutritional Strategies for Fat Loss

By: Charles Poliquin

  • Poliquin performs a complete metabolic profile, which is blood and saliva tests looking at different factors like… are they metabolizing different amino acids, minerals, nutrients, etc., and do they have heavy metal accumulation.
  • Magnesium is poor for most people looking to lose fat.
  • Male non-athletes should be at 10% or less body fat.
  • Female non-athletes should be 16-20% body fat.
  • A person with a lean upper body, but fat legs could mean:
    • Too much estrogen
    • Poor estrogen metabolism
    • Improper ratios between estrogen-2, estrogen-4 and estrogen-16

Or this one…

The Women’s Book (notes)

By: Lyle McDonald and Eric Helms

  • The most dominant estrogen during pregnancy is estrone.
  • The most dominant estrogen after menopause is estriol.
  • Estrogen has two different receptors: alpha and beta.
    • The receptors will have different effects, depending on which tissue it’s found in.
    • The estrogen receptors in the lower body (alpha-2 receptors) decrease the sensitivity of fat cells to fat-burning hormones.
  • Estrogen inhibits the storage of visceral fat.
  • Estrogen increases the activity of lipoprotein lipase (LPL), which is a fat storing enzyme.
    • Estrogen also increases fat storage in muscle, in the form of intramuscular triglycerides (IMTG). This improves women’s endurance performance.
    • During pregnancy and breastfeeding, lower body fat is much easier to burn, because it’s that fat that provides energy during this time.

Get the idea?

If you’re looking to make the best use of your valuable time…

If you want to have instant access to clear, succinct summaries of the most influential books in our industry…

If you want to be certain you and your staff are thoroughly versed on the most current topics in health and fitness…

If you’re tired of wading through pages and pages of “filler and fluff” in order to get to a few good takeaways…

If you’re not inclined to spend a few thousand dollars trying to amass this library, THEN start reading…

And if you have a thirst for knowledge, as I do…

“The Vault” can be your secret weapon!

See you on the inside,

Igor Klibanov

About Igor Klibanov

Igor Klibanov was selected as one of the top 5 personal trainers in Toronto by the Metro News newspaper. Early in his career, Igor realized that traditional fitness advice works for only a minority of people. But he wanted to get results with those tough-to-work-with clients, like women going through menopause, men with low testosterone, people with a slow thyroid, or poor digestion. And he wanted to be part of his clients’ “health team”, and therefore, on par with their doctors, pharmacists, and so on.

This led him on a decade-long research journey, where he spent thousands of hours, and tens of thousands of dollars learning about all these issues.

Igor is the author of 5 books on fitness, and has been hired multiple times to speak at large personal training conferences, like Can-Fit-Pro, CPTN and NSCA.
