The truth is that it’s a tougher question to answer than meets the eye. Why? Because if you’ve been reading this newsletter for any length of time, you know that there are a lot of considerations, like:
- What are your goals?
- What equipment will you have access to?
- How much time will you have?
- What was your exercise routine over the last 3 months?
- Do you have any injuries?
- Are you taking any medications?
And this is all just a glimpse of what we ask our clients during their Personalized Dream Body MAP Session to help us figure out how to tailor their programs to their unique bodies. After all, we’re all different, so it doesn’t make sense to have a one-size-fits-all program.
