The truth is that it’s a tougher question to answer than meets the eye. Why? Because if you’ve been reading this newsletter for any length of time, you know that there are a lot of considerations, like:

  • What was your exercise routine over the last 3 months?
  • Do you have any injuries?
  • Are you taking any medications?
