How Bowen Technique Helped One of Canada\’s Top Powerlifter\’s Fix His Quad Strain

 

Adrian, who is one of Canada\’s top powerlifters had a 2nd degree quad strain. It lasted 2 months, and during that time, he\’s tried physio, stretching, foam rolling, icing, and more. There were slight improvements, but not as quickly as he wanted.
