How does your body work? Why are you doing what you are doing? You don\’t just mindlessly go through the workout. You will be taught why you are doing what you are doing.


What\’s the single greatest predictor of your consistency? It\’s enjoyment. If you enjoy something, you\’re more likely to do more of it. You may know that exercise helps prevent many chronic diseases, you may know that it lengthens your life, you may know that it improves the way you look and feel, and yet, unless you enjoy it, you won\’t do it.
